Red Hat is a rapidly growing company supporting more than 90% of Fortune 500 companies. **Job summary** The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Territory Sales Account Manager to join us in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will create and maintain a sales strategy within the named mid-market accounts space and vertical markets to align external partners with our sales strategy. Additionally, you will create and manage executive relationships with existing partners, develop close relationships with our business team, and offer strategic advice, thought leadership, and day-to-day management in order to grow the business. **Primary job responsibilities** + Sell the complete portfolio of Red Hat’s offerings and services to the mid-market segment in the assigned territory + Develop an understanding of customer business and solutions requirements + Position Red Hat at all levels of an organization, including the C-level + Plan and carry out account plans and strategy sessions with partners for the target segment + Manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing + Maintain and develop new relationships within your assigned accounts + Work collaboratively with solutions architects, overlay structures, and inside sales representatives **Required skills** + 7+ years of experience in account sales, preferably in a customer-facing, quota carrying role + 10+ years of sales experience + Experience with software, solutions, or consultative selling in the financial services sector in a mid to large-sized corporate + Understanding of and experience working with partner ecosystems, mid-tier integrators, technology partners, and global system integrators (SIs) is a plus + Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills allowing you to cooperate with confidence and credibility with customers, partners, and vendors at all levels in a company + Ability to form relationships with C-level executives of partner organizations + Technical competence with the ability to sell solutions Red Hat is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
